Ritchie Perera

As the Chief Executive Officer of Castle Group, Ritchie Perera is responsible for determining strategic direction and overseeing the group’s diverse operations.

Ritchie also heads the development acquisitions team. His in-depth knowledge regarding feasibility, planning and approval processes, contract negotiation and project management of properties ensure Castle Group is well placed to deliver on its future property pipeline.

AJ Vella

AJ joined the Castle Group team in 2013 and has played an integral role in the company’s early years, particularly in business development. AJ possesses a comprehensive understanding of all company functions and has overseen operations, finance, and technology infrastructure.

Currently, AJ serves as a Senior Manager, offering advice and supervision in business operations and development plans, while also actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Daz Kasandaria

Daz holds a fundamental role in the organization, overseeing finance, accounting, compliance, and administrative operations. With over 13 years of experience, he has honed his expertise in financial accounting and corporate reporting.

Daz assumes responsibility for financial matters spanning our diverse property portfolios, investments, and property trading endeavours. His primary objectives revolve around ensuring the effective delivery of financial services, perpetually refining processes, and elevating our stakeholder management capabilities.

Daniel Joseph

As Development Director, Daniel plays a pivotal role in the leadership team. With over 20 years of experience in the property sector, Daniel leads the strategic vision and expansion of the group’s property development division.

Daniel is committed to establishing and scaling best practices across all business units, with a keen focus on optimizing value for both our stakeholders and customers.

Yogesh Sharma

Yogesh Sharma, Associate Partner at Castle Group, brings vast experience from leading a touring, events and entertainment company, emphasizing investor relations and business communication. With a strong foundation in sales and community outreach, Yogesh is pivotal in advancing Castle Group’s residential land development projects.
He is dedicated to optimizing stakeholder value and ensuring exceptional relationships with investors and the community.

Melissa Piquet

With over 20 years of specialised legal experience in residential and commercial projects, Melissa assumes a crucial role in operations management, legal affairs, and human resources. She provides direct support to the Managing Director and serves as a dedicated Board Member for the Perera Foundation, a charitable organization.Melissa is steadfast in her commitment to upholding compliance and optimizing operational efficiency within the organization.

Isaac Kassis

Isaac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) and has over 7 years of experience in land development. He has delivered over 1000 lots across the Northwest and Southwest growth precincts.

At Castle Group, he excels in identifying opportunities, negotiating acquisitions, and adeptly managing projects from inception to completion. His multifaceted role integrates strategic decision-making for optimal sales and financial outcomes, along with skilful project management and comprehensive planning. This approach ensures prosperous outcomes and enhances project value.

Brad Harkins

Brad’s experience as a Senior Civil Engineer for SCP Consulting as well as Project Manager for Orion Consulting, has provided expertise in managing, designing, and superintendency services over a range of projects including residential subdivision, large format retail, schools, hospitals, and industrial developments.

Ankit Agrawal

Universal Property Group (The Bathla Group) – Project Engineer/ Project Manager. Some key projects include 1086 Richmond Road (1200 dwellings), 60-70 Hambledon Road (216 Lots), 19 Edmund Street (43 Lots).

Harry Singh

Castle Group – Development Intern. Recent projects include Ashton Gardens – 68- 70 Riverstone Rd Riverstone (72 Lots), One Fairway – 1-11 Fairway Dr Kellyville (40 lots).

Omor Faruque

Omor is a senior team member of the accounts & finance team. He has 19 years of experience in different trades within the accounting field, specialising in account management, financial reporting and cost management.

Omor is responsible for completing all accounting functions of designated property portfolios, fund management and maintaining the different types of credit lines of the group. He is committed to preparing all project accounts accurately and on time for tax returns, whilst focusing on continuous improvement of internal control.
