Castle Group welcomes the Federal and State Governments' $1 billion investment in the Fifteenth Avenue Smart Transit (FAST) Corridor, announced Sunday. This transformative project, situated next to Castle Group’s upcoming 117-lot residential development, will significantly enhance connectivity and drive growth throughout the region.

Castle Group Founder and Managing Director, Ritchie Perera highlighted the significance of the announcement, “Future residents of our development will enjoy seamless public transport linking Western Sydney International Airport and Liverpool CBD, enabling faster commutes and easy access to jobs and amenities.”
He added, “This investment validates our strategy to focus on Austral and South West Sydney—Australia’s fastest-growing areas supported by vital infrastructure.”
