The projects, made possible through recent land purchases, will contribute 400 new homes to the area within five years. Castle Group plans to provide a mix of low to medium density homes that will accommodate an estimated 1,200 people.
Castle Group Head of Development, Stuart Allen said that southwest Sydney is a major growth area and housing stock is low. Many buyers are looking for opportunities to build their dream homes in the area.
“The coming Western Sydney International Airport and Aerotropolis are catalysts for economic development in southwest Sydney. We see an opportunity for Castle to help shape the neighbourhoods for future residents,” he said.
“We currently have five projects in the southwest and we’re negotiating an additional $120 million of land purchases in the area, which we expect to finalise shortly.
“We have a strong track record of delivering neighbourhoods that are great places to live – places that are well connected, walkable and sustainable,” Mr Allen said.
