Developers behind the Rouse Hill Town Centre, GPT, have submitted a new development application to the Hill Shire Council. This new proposal includes plans to build:

– 2500 Apartments
– 18,000+ sq m of commercial and retail space
– Increased capacity to stage outdoor, family-oriented, and community events with the addition of a Town Park

Development Features

– 4,000 sqm community centre with potential for a library, cultural facility, and functional space
– More than 3,700 car spaces at the new precinct
– Capacity to support more than 7,000 jobs
– All areas of the northern precinct will be within 600 m of the Rouse Hill Metro Station

When will this happen?

The expansion, pending approval, is expected to start in 2020.
