Castle Group has pulled off a major coup in a multi million dollar deal in acquiring award winning mid tier boutique building company, Coolwater Constructions, in order to keep up with demand for upcoming construction within Castle Groups land estates.

Director of Coolwater Constructions – the highly regarded David Mackander, has been retained and will lead Castle Groups construction division Smart Living Homes as the Managing Partner.

David, a former Australian Army Engineer, has built Coolwater Constructions into a medium size company, constructing up-to 75+ homes a year.
 
David has worked with with large building companies prior to establishing Coolwater Constructions including:

– Masterton Homes for 8 years, working his way up to Construction Manager
– Metricon as a Senior Construction Manager
– Procorp as a Senior Construction Manager
